App doesn't open half the time. Click on it, it starts, then immediately closes on its on!

In 2019 it was easy to use and deposit checks. 2022 not anymore it keeps getting worse and worse.
The past month this app will not open.
New download comes up blank after installing. Cant use app please fix.
